In response to Video 1: Journalist is Facing 21 Years in Prison for Recording Police:

There it is again – the guy starts off the interview explaining what the case is about very clearly and coherently. Then, hearing the term “citizen” from the interviewer, starts using the term “consensual interactions” and changing the subject (or “striking at the root” as he would say) to a philosophical question about the state?

Personally, I think he pulled the rug out from under a good defense of the alleged wiretapper, by babbling about all goods and services (such as policing) being better provided by consensual interactions. And god’s law vs. man’s law, etc. Might be time to change the website name, if you’re really only interested in the dissolution of the state, not the absolution of the wrongly accused or the reigning in of those police acting outside the intent of the law.

Is von Mises taking over all independent minded thinkers now? They must work for Google.

…referring to copblock.org, about the website name – to be clear.
