Melvin Taylor – “Voodoo Daddy”

Melvin Taylor, a self-taught American electric blues guitarist based in Chicago, is this week’s Soothing the Beast BFP/Jamiol music pick. Taylor’s influences include Albert King, Jimmy Reed, Wes Montgomery, and Jimi Hendrix. Taylor is a star in Europe and he is considered to be the most talented new guitarist to come along since Stevie Ray Vaughan. The song is Voodoo Daddy. So put on those earphones, turn up the volume and listen up to some seriously nice blues with some really fine guitar playin’…enjoy…DJPJ
